The Pupil Premium was introduced in 2011 to provide schools with additional funding for pupils who have been eligible for free school meals at any point during their time at primary school. The purpose of the Pupil Premium funding is to narrow the gap in attainment between children from low income families and their peers as well as to increase the range of opportunities available to them.
By signing up to the Pupil Premium scheme we could receive hundreds of pounds from the Department for Education.
We ask that all parents and guardians whose children attend Aragon Primary School to register for the Pupil Premium Scheme, this can be done either by asking for a form from the school office or completing the online form on Merton Council Pupil Premium website on the link below.
